Bridgford Foods Elects New Officers

The Board of Directors of Bridgford Foods Corporation elected the following officers at its May 2004 meeting. William L. Bridgford was elected President of the corporation, succeeding Robert E. Schulze who will be retiring June 30 after 40 years of service. Bridgford has served in many capacities during his 23 years of employment with the Company. He currently serves as Vice President and Secretary of the corporation and President of its California division.

John V. Simmons was elected President of the Bridgford Frozen Foods Division. He currently serves as Vice President of Food Service Sales and Marketing.

Bruce H. Bridgford was elected President of Bridgford Foods of California. He has been President of Bridgford Marketing of California. Daniel R. Yost was elected Senior Vice President, Frozen Food Sales and Marketing. He was previously Vice President, Retail Frozen Food Sales.

Allan L. Bridgford, Chairman, stated that the appointments will become effective July 1, 2004.
