Let loaves thaw until pliable. Grease sheet pan(s). Slice thawed loaves into 8 slices each (for 2 oz rolls). Place slices on pan so that rolls are touching. Brush dough with melted butter or margarine. Let rise until double in size. Bake in a preheated 325 degree oven (convection) for 10 to 20 minutes or until a light golden brown and centers of rolls are no longer doughy. Remove from oven and brush with melted butter. Drizzle with glaze (mix together 2 cups powdered sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla extract and 1 to 2 tablespoons milk).
