Peanut Butter and Apple Pizza

1 (36 oz) Bridgford Ready-Dough Sheet
1 & 1/2 cups peanut butter
2 cans (21 oz ea) apple and cinnamon pie filling
Glaze
2 cups powdered sugar
2 tbsp milk or water
1 tsp vanilla extract

Place Ready-Dough Sheet in a greased half sheet pan. Spread with peanut butter. Top with apple filling. Let dough rise until in reaches the upper edge of the pan, approximately double in size. For a convection oven, bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove from oven. Let cool. Drizzle glaze.
