3 Demi Loaves Bridgford Frozen Bread Dough, (any flavor)
3 cups finely chopped luncheon meat
2 cups shredded cheese or
12 slices processed cheese (any flavor)

Let Bridgford Frozen Demi Loaf thaw until pliable (can defrost in walk-in overnight). Divide each Demi Loaf into 4 equal portions. On lightly floured surface, roll one piece of dough into a circle approximately 3 inches in diameter. Place 1/4 cup of chopped meat on dough round, top with 2 tablespoons shredded cheese or 1 slice or processed cheese that has been cut into small pieces. Fold top half of dough over to form a half circle. Seal edges. Use a dough sealer or press with finger tips. Repeat with remaining pieces of dough. Place on greased baking sheet about 2 inches apart and brush with egg wash. Bake immediately in preheated 375 degree oven for 15-20 minutes.
