Fruit Filled Biscuits

1 tray Bridgford Buttermilk Biscuits (code #6185), 20 biscuits
3 & 3/4 cups cherry pie filling (or other fruit flavor)
melted or liquid butter

Let biscuits thaw. Hollow out a center hole in each biscuit (being careful not to cut through to the bottom). Place approximately 2-3 tablespoons of filling in each biscuit. Keep the biscuits on their heatable tray. Place in preheated 325 degree convection oven for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown and heated through (conventional oven, 375 degrees for 10 minutes). Remove from oven and brush biscuit edges with melted or liquid butter. Drizzle with glaze if desired.
