Bacon, Cheddar & Chive Bread

1 (36 oz) Bridgford Ready-Dough Sheet
1/4 cup melted butter or margarine
1 cup Real Bacon Bits
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped chives, fresh or freeze-dried

Place Ready-Dough Sheet in a greased half sheet pan. Let thaw enough to press into corners. Brush melted butter over the entire dough sheet. Sprinkle chives and bacon bits on top. Let dough rise until it reaches the upper edge of the pan, approximately double in size. For convection oven, bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes. Put shredded cheese on after 10 minutes of baking time, this helps to avoid burning.
