1 loaf Bridgford Frozen Ready-Dough®, thawed
12 oz thinly sliced Bridgford pepperoni or dry salami
12 oz thinly sliced Provolone or Mozzarella cheese
6 oz thinly sliced cooked ham
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg, well beaten

Divide dough in half. On a lightly floured board, roll each dough piece out to a 9-inch square. Cover dough with layers of pepperoni or salami, cheese and ham. Roll each piece of dough up tightly jelly-roll fashion. Using a little flour on fingers, pinch ends and long edge of dough roll tightly to seal filling in. Place rolls on a lightly greased baking sheet. Brush with egg and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake immediately at 350┬░ for 25-30 minutes or until well browned. Remove from pan immediately to cool slightly. Slice thinly for appetizers.
