Sausage Bread Pockets

2 loaves Bridgford Frozen Ready-Dough®, thawed
12 oz pork sausage, cooked and drained
1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
¼ cup melted butter or vegetable oil

Preheat oven to 400°. Lightly grease large baking sheet(s); set aside. Divide each loaf into 4 equal size pieces. On a lightly floured surface, roll each piece into a 4×6″ rectangle. Divide cooked sausage between the 8 rectangles of dough, placing the sausage on right half of dough. For each rectangle of dough, place 2 tablespoons of cheese on sausage. Fold dough over and seal seams. Brush with melted butter or oil. Bake immediately for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and brush with additional melted butter or oil. Remove from pan and serve warm.
