Pull-Apart Garlic & Cheese Rolls

1 pkg Bridgford Parkerhouse Style Roll Dough, thawed
3 Tbsp melted butter
½ tsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp Italian seasoning or dried herbs of choice
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Lightly dust each thawed dough piece with flour; transfer to a medium size mixing bowl. Add melted butter, garlic powder, Italian seasoning and shredded mozzarella. Stir and combine evenly. Place two dough pieces in each cavity of a lightly greased, nonstick muffin pan. Allow to rise until double in size. Bake in a preheated 375° oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown. Carefully remove from oven and brush tops with additional butter (if desired). Carefully remove rolls from pan, and allow to cool slightly on a wire rack.
