|1 loaf||Bridgford Frozen Ready-Dough®, thawed|
|5 oz||prepared pizza sauce|
|¼ cup||grated Parmesan cheese|
|1 tsp||dried oregano|
|1/8 tsp||garlic powder|
|8 oz||grated Mozzarella cheese|
Roll or stretch thawed loaf to fit lightly greased 12-inch pizza pan or 9 x 12 inch cookie sheet. Pierce dough several times with a fork. Bake in a preheated 375° oven for 5 minutes*. Remove from oven. Increase oven temperature to 450°. Spread crust with pizza sauce. Sprinkle oregano and garlic powder over sauce. Place Mozzarella cheese over sauce and top with Parmesan cheese**. Bake immediately at 450° for 10-15 minutes or until browned and bubbly.
* For thicker crust, let pizza crust rise in warm area for approximately 1 hour before baking.
** For variety, top cheese with any of the following: ½ pound thinly sliced Bridgford Pepperoni, ½ pound cooked ground beef, ½ pound cooked sausage, sliced mushrooms, olives, onion, etc. (If you use additional toppings, the pizza may need to bake a few minutes longer.)
