Pepperoni Loaf

2 loaves Bridgford Frozen Ready-Dough®, thawed
1 cup Bridgford Sliced Pepperoni
12 oz Provolone cheese, sliced
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp Italian seasoning blend
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
Melted butter or olive oil for brushing dough

Combine the two loaves of thawed dough. On a lightly floured surface, roll out dough to a 10 x 24 inch rectangle. Top with Provolone cheese, Bridgford Pepperoni, ¾ cup Parmesan cheese, garlic, Italian seasoning and pepper. Roll dough up tightly in jelly-roll fashion. Seal seams. Place on greased baking sheet or round pizza pan, seam side down. Curve the log to make a U shape. Brush dough with melted butter or olive oil and top with remaining ¼ cup Parmesan cheese. Bake in a preheated 375° oven for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and pan to cool on wire rack.
