Party Size Focaccia Sandwich

2 loaves Bridgford Frozen Ready-Dough®, thawed
2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter, divided use
1½ tsp dried Italian seasoning blend (1/2 teaspoon basil, 1/2 teaspoon oregano, 1/2
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Your favorite sandwich meats or fillings

Combine two loaves of bread dough. Grease a 15-inch pan. On a lightly floured surface, roll out dough to a 15 x 10 inch rectangle. Place dough in pan, pressing into corners. Brush dough with 1 tablespoon of oil. Let dough rise until puffy (dough should reach top rim of pan). With fingertips, make dimples in the dough. Lightly brush dough with remaining oil and top with seasonings and cheese. Bake at 375° for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and pan to cool on a wire rack. When cool, slice bread in half horizontally. Remove top half of bread and place sandwich filling ingredients evenly over bottom half. Place top half of focaccia on sandwich fillings lining up bottom half with top half. Slice sandwich into 12 equal portions. Thread an olive on a decorative toothpick and place toothpick through each sandwich square. Arrange sandwiches on tray.
