Orange Blossom Rolls

1 loaf Bridgford Frozen Ready-Dough®, thawed or
1 pkg Bridgford Frozen Parkerhouse Style Rolls Dough, thawed or
1 pkg Bridgford Frozen White Rolls Dough, thawed
3 tbsp melted butter or margarine
½ cup granulated sugar
1 tsp grated orange zest (outer peel of the orange)

Cut thawed loaf into 36 equal pieces. (if using Parkerhouse Roll Dough, cut each roll in half. If using White Rolls, cut each roll into 3 pieces.) Using a little flour on fingers, shape each piece of dough into a ball. Set aside. Mix together sugar and orange zest. Dip dough pieces in melted butter and roll in sugar mixture. Place 3 coated dough balls in each cavity of a lightly greased muffin pan(s). Let rise until double in size. Bake in a preheated 375° oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and pan immediately to cool on wire rack. If desired, drizzle with icing:

Mix together 2 cups powdered sugar with 2 tablespoons milk or water and 1/2 teaspoon orange juice.
