Olive Loaf

1 loaf Bridgford Frozen Ready-Dough®, thawed or
1 pkg Bridgford Frozen White Rolls Dough, thawed
½ cup purchased olive tapenade*
2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
*Olive spread can be found at some club stores in the gourmet deli section or in the spaghetti sauce or olive section of your grocery store. It is a mixture of chopped olives, garlic and spices.

Lightly grease a large baking sheet; set aside. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the thawed loaf into a 10 x 12-inch rectangle. Evenly spread olive mixture lengthwise down center third of dough. Fold over each side of dough (12 inch sides) and seal seams. Place loaf, seam side down on prepared baking sheet. Brush dough with oil or butter. Let dough rise until double in size. Bake in preheated 375° oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and brush with additional oil or butter.
