Low Fat Cinnamon Rolls

1 loaf Bridgford Frozen Ready-Dough®, thawed
¼ cup granulated sugar
¼ cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
Icing: Mix together 2 cups powdered sugar, 1-2 tbsp water or milk and 1 tsp vanilla or orange extract.

On a lightly floured surface, roll thawed dough out to a 10 x 12 inch rectangle. With a pastry brush, lightly brush dough with 1-2 tbsp water. Mix together granulated sugar, brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle evenly over dough. Roll dough up tightly in jelly-roll fashion. Seal seams and ends. But log of dough into 9 equal slices. Spray a nine inch round cake pan with non-stick cooking spray. Place slices, swirl-side up, equally spaced in pan. Spray rolls with cooking spray. Let rolls rise until double in size. Bake in a preheated 375° oven for 20 minutes. Remove from oven to cool on wire rack. Dizzle with icing.
