Focaccia

1 loaf Bridgford Frozen Ready-Dough®, thawed or
1 pkg Bridgford Frozen White Rolls Dough, thawed
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp fresh basil (or 2 tsps dried)
1 tbsp fresh oregano (or 1 tsp dried)
1 tbsp fresh marjoram (or 1 tsp dried)
1 tbsp fresh rosemary (or 1 tsp dried)
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup grated Mozzarella cheese (optional)

On a lightly floured surface, roll dough into 15 x 10 inch rectangle. Transfer dough to a greased 15 x 10 inch pan. Press dough to fit into corners. Brush dough with 1 tablespoon olive oil. Let rise until puffy (30-60 minutes). Make dimples in dough by pressing down with fingertips. Sprinkle dough with cheeses and herbs. Bake at 375° oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and bread sounds hollow when tapped on top. Immediately remove from pan to cool on wire rack. Slice into either strips or squares. Best served warm.
