Cranberry Walnut Bread

1 tsp orange rind
1 loaf Bridgford Frozen Ready-Dough®, thawed
¼ cup dried cranberries
¼ cup walnuts, diced

Place thawed bread dough in bread machine (dough may be thawed overnight in the refrigerator). Add cranberries, walnuts and orange rind. Process on the basic bread cycle according to the manufacturer’s directions. Makes 1 (one pound) loaf.

To make without a bread machine. Roll out thawed bread dough to a 12 x 14 inch rectangle, top with remaining ingredients, roll up and seal seams. Place seam side down in an 8 ½ x 4 ½ x 2 ½ inch greased bread pan. Brush with melted butter or margarine. Let dough rise until double in size. Bake in a preheated 375° oven for 25-30 minutes. Remove from oven and pan to cool on a wire rack.
