Cinnamon Roll Christmas Tree

1 loaf Bridgford Frozen Ready-Dough®, thawed
4 tbsp melted butter or margarine, divided use
½ cup granulated sugar
2 tsp ground cinnamon
¼ cup raisins (optional)
½ cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Grease a large sheet pan. On a lightly floured board, roll dough out to an 8×12-inch rectangle. Spread dough with 2 tablespoons melted butter. Mix together sugar, cinnamon, raisins and nuts. Sprinkle mixture over dough. Beginning with the 12-inch side, roll tightly in jellyroll fashion. Cut rolled dough into 12 equal slices. Place pan horizontally in front of you on work area. On lower third of baking sheet, arrange 4 slices; cut side up, in a row with edges touching. Form a tree with additional rows of rolls, ending with 1 roll on top of tree and two rolls on the bottom of the tree for trunk. Brush rolls with melted butter or margarine. Let rolls rise until double in size (1-2 hours). Bake in a preheated 350° oven for 20 minutes. Remove from oven to cool. When cool, drizzle with icing. To frost, mix 2 cups powdered sugar with 2 tablespoons milk or water and 1-2 teaspoon vanilla extract. Spoon on rolls.
