Cinnamon Dunkers

1 loaf Bridgford Frozen Ready-Dough®, thawed
¼ cup melted butter
½ cup granulated sugar
1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon

Lightly grease a large baking sheet; set aside. Preheat oven to 400°F. On a lightly floured surface, roll dough into an 8 x 12-inch rectangle. Place dough on prepared pan. Dock dough with tines of fork or dough docker (this keeps air pockets from forming). Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and brush dough evenly with melted butter. Sprinkle cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly over butter. Bake an additional 10 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Remove from oven, let cool slightly. Slice into strips, and dip in icing (if desired).

Icing: Mix 2 cups powdered sugar with 2 tablespoons water or milk and ½ teaspoon vanilla extract. Add more water or milk if too thick.
