Calzone

1 loaf Bridgford Frozen Ready-Dough®, thawed
1 tbsp butter or margarine
½ medium onion, chopped
3 oz ea Bridgford Salami, ham, and mortadella
4 oz mozzarella cheese, grated
8 oz ricotta cheese
1 tsp oregano
1 tbsp dried parsley
½ tsp thyme
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper

Sauté onions in melted butter. Cut meats into strips, ¼-inch wide. Mix meats, grated cheese, ricotta, onions and seasonings together in a large bowl. Divide bread dough in half. On a lightly floured board, roll each dough piece into a 10-inch diameter circle. Place each circle on a lightly greased cookie sheet. Divide meat filling and spread over half of each dough circle. Fold remaining dough over filling and seal by pinching edges tightly. Cut slits on top of each calzone. Bake immediately at 350° for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from pan immediately to cool on wire rack.
