Butterscotch Ring

1½ loaves Bridgford Frozen Ready-Dough®, thawed or
1 pkg Bridgford Frozen Parkerhouse Rolls Dough, thawed
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup sliced walnuts
1 (3 ¾ oz) pkg regular (not instant) butterscotch or vanilla pudding mix
1 tsp cinnamon
½ cup melted butter or margarine

Grease a bundt or tube pan. Sprinkle ½ cup of the brown sugar on bottom of pan, top with walnuts; set aside. In a small bowl, combine pudding mix, remaining ½ cup brown sugar and cinnamon. Cut thawed loaf into 24 pieces (rolls do not need to be cut). Dip each piece in melted butter, then roll in butterscotch mixture. Arrange dough balls on top of nut mixture in pan. Let rise in warm place until rolls reach just under the top of the pan. Bake at 350° for 35-40 minutes. Turn out of pan immediately and serve warm.
