BBQ Berry Cobbler

1 loafBridgford Frozen Ready-Dough®, thawed and starting to rise (puffy)
2 cupsmixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, boysenberries)
¼ cupgranulated sugar
1-2 Tbspmelted butter
Streusel Ingredients:
1/3 cupall purpose flour
1/3 cupgranulated sugar
1/3 cupoats
½ tspground cinnamon
¼ tspground nutmeg
¼ cupbutter

Roll out thawed dough on a lightly floured surface into a 12-inch circle. Gently prick surface of dough with tines of a fork. Brush with half of the melted butter; set aside. In a medium bowl, mix together berries with sugar; set aside. In another medium bowl, combine flour, sugar, oats, cinnamon and nutmeg. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs; set aside. Heat BBQ on high. Take an 8 to 10-inch iron skillet and place on grates of heated BBQ. Close lid and heat for 5 minutes or until very hot.  Turn off center burner of BBQ and turn down side burners to medium-low. Remove skillet from BBQ and set on heat safe surface. Close BBQ lid. Spray iron skillet with pan release. Place the dough butter-side-down in pan (careful…very hot). Let cook in pan for about 2 minutes. Using tongs, flip dough over so cooked side is facing up. Top evenly with berry mixture. Sprinkle streusel evenly over berries. Return skillet to BBQ and close lid. Cook for about 25 minutes (the temperature inside BBQ should be close to 375°). Remove from skillet from BBQ. Let cool until warm. Slice and serve. Great with ice cream!
