Animal Cheese Crisps

1 loaf Bridgford Frozen Ready-Dough®, thawed
1 egg
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese or 1 cup shredded Cheddar
1 tsp garlic powder (optional)
1 tsp dried parsley, crushed

Roll dough out on a lightly floured surface to ¼-inch thickness. Cut out shapes with cookie cutters. Place shapes on greased cookie sheets 1-inch apart. Brush with beaten egg. Mix cheese with garlic and parsley and sprinkle generously over dough shapes. Let stand 15 minutes. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes or until golden brown and crisp.
